The items look a lot better (or different) in the pictures, so I was a bit disappointed when I saw the actual product. On the bright side, the girl at the counter was super polite and helpful – she really tried to make things right. The only downside is the store’s limited variety; there weren’t many options to choose from. Overall, decent service but mismatched online images and a small selection."

"I visited the Giva store at Spectrum Mall, Noida yesterday to purchase a pendant chain, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I’ve had with any brand. The staff member assisting me seemed more interested in pushing his *lab-grown diamond* pieces rather than actually helping me with what I came for. The moment I declined his suggestion, his enthusiasm and interest vanished completely. I ended up browsing on my own, found a pendant I liked, and even picked up a pair of earrings. But things went downhill again during billing. The staff packed both items in a **single box**, and when I politely requested separate boxes—since they were *two different items*, not a set—he casually said he didn’t have another box. Seriously? A **brand like Giva** not having an extra box? That’s unbelievable. What’s worse, as I was leaving, he laughed in a way that made it seem like he was mocking the situation—perhaps feeling proud about denying me something as basic as proper packaging. It was unprofessional, rude, and reflected poorly on Giva’s customer service standards. I’m **highly disappointed** and expected much better from a reputed brand. Giva should take strict action against such staff members who tarnish the brand’s image with their arrogance and poor attitude. I will **never visit this store again** and would strongly advise others to think twice before going there."
